OPEN CALL TO UASB MEMBERS FOR TBAG 3 EXHIBITION

We would like to invite you to take part in our 3rd  exhibition in

The Back Room Gallery at Kitchen Garden Cafe .

We welcome submissions in all 2D mediums. If you already have a piece that fits the theme VIVID  , send us a photo and a short description or create something new . TBAG can accommodate up to 10 artists’ work . Each artist can submit up to 3 works , no larger than 1 metre square . Please understand that due to special restrictions , not all your works selected may be hung in the final curation : all works must be delivered with D ring & wire/cord fixings & clear labelling of title / medium / ht / width / depth / name of artist / price

Key Dates:

●       Exhibition: - 8 August - 18 September 2025

●      Theme : VIVID

●      Submission Deadline: 28 July  5pm 

●      Inform selected artists : 30 July

●      Work Delivery: Thursday 7  August between 2- 4.30pm to  Back Room Gallery

●      Kitchen Garden Cafe , York Road , Kings Heath B14

●      Launch : Sunday 10 August 4.30 - 6.30 pm in TBAG

Terms & Conditions :

● If your work is selected , there is a £15 hanging  fee for up to 3 pieces   NB No further commission on sales will be taken .

● Artists are expected to set their own sale price and provide contact details through which potential buyers can reach them . If you sell your work before the end of the exhibition run , you will need to contact one of the TBAG working party via the above email ,  to replace it with another work to fill the gap !

● Kitchen Garden Cafe cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to selected artworks . We advise you to provide your own insurance during the run of the exhibition .
